  Water view Apartments are wonderful and we love it here. I have no negative comments what so ever. Our office staff Audrey and Samantha are very helpful and professional and get things done quickly. Our maintenance staff gets things done in a timely manner. I suggest everyone take a look at Water View Apartments located on West Chester Pike in West Chester, Many amenities and beautiful grounds. The maintenance team has worked very hard during this storm. We all have to be patient and allow them time to get this done. No negatives against Water view apartments.

  It is nearly impossible to reach the leasing center by phone--they do not have a way to leave a voicemail--the call gets forwarded to the operator of all of Home Properties, so you have to keep calling, or stop in you have a question or problem. One time we had a maintenance emergency (a squirrel came up through the septic tank and was dead in the toilet) and I had to leave to drop my friend off at the airport early in the morning (it was a Saturday, and was afraid it would not get taken care of because I couldn't reach the leasing center by phone, and they are closed on Sundays. They are short staffed and disorganized. We were not informed our final bills would be taken out of the security deposit check, and I was shocked when we received less than half of that, with no verbal or written explanation. Aside from that, we had a positive experience. We had quiet neighbors, the grounds are kept fairly well, and everyone is friendly.
