  Dave and team go above and beyond for their customers. I came to Dave as a first time lessor and he has walked me through the process and helped with each step. Every other company I found had hidden fees and rates - Dave is straight forward and trustworthy to renters and lessors. Thanks for your help!

  I would give them negative stars if I could. To make a long story short I rented a townhouse from them only to find it was infested with bedbugs. Moved out of the home and they refused to give us our deposit back, not only that charged us a 500 cleaning fee for their time. Out right the worst business I have ever encountered in my life. These people have nor moral values or are understanding in any way. I would not recommend them at all. Also the townhouse was in horrible shape when we viewed it and should have run when i got the chance.
